Description
Living a block from the sea was never a better plan. Our Land Houses are 4 houses within the same property with all the comfort and details that you won't want to miss. They are brand new and have very good taste. We don't need to tell you much more, right? =)
The complex is located in a very good area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise and 3 from Cruz del Sur.
The 4 houses have independent entrances, private grill, and fireplace.
Casa Bosque is designed on 2 floors and thought for up to 5 guests. The ground floor has a living-dining room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, there is an open loft-style bedroom with 3 beds (2 of which can be made into a matrimonial bed with pillow) and a rest net with spectacular design to relax after the beach. There is also air conditioning and a wood stove so that the temperature you choose is perfect.
Don't worry about what to do with your pet because they are welcome, as long as they are not a dangerous breed and always with our prior approval. What is important is that although the property is delimited with a gate, there are open spaces through which dogs can enter and exit freely. The complex also allows you to leave your car inside and all houses have alarms.
Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Chapadmalal. You will be 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, with businesses like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafes, and fairs. Near Landhouses you will also be able to enjoy the prettiest tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. You will also be very close to Trapiche Costa&Pampa Winery and the Marayui Country Club, which has a very noble and quiet restaurant inside the Club House. The nearby beaches are also very beautiful, such as Luna Roja (with a restaurant open all year) and Cruz del Sur. And Paradise is one of our favorite surf spots.
