Dread Chapa Shack is our most requested complex in Chapadmalal, a true best seller of Hola Sur. Located in the quiet Santa Isabel neighborhood and just three blocks from the sea, this set of three identical houses is ideal for those looking to rest, surf and enjoy nature without straying too far.
Each house, with a modern and surfer design, offers accommodation for up to six people. They are spacious and bright, with large windows facing west that offer incredible sunsets.
They feature a warm and functional interior: a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. For cool days, the house has a fireplace in the living room and electric heaters in the bedrooms, ensuring warmth and comfort.
They also have a full bathroom with a shower and an integrated kitchen, fully equipped so nothing is missing during your stay. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, and they also have space to store surfboards.
On the outside, each unit has its private gallery, garden with grill and lots of greenery around to enjoy all year round. It's perfect for families or groups of friends over 25 years old who want to truly experience Chapadmalal!
In Dread Chapa you will be just a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, Chapa's commercial area where you can find the largest number of stores, market, health food store, cafes and fair on weekends. Your closest beach will be the one we call Redondo, a small very private and beautiful beach next to it looking south of Cruz del Sur, one of our favorite beaches of all time, with the possibility of public or private access with an awning and more services. You also have little cafes and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai-Bai and Luva Café. And if you want a bit more of the city, you are half an hour from Mar del Plata to experience the best of gastronomy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For reservations of more than 15 nights, payment is made in three installments:
1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

La casa tiene un diseño simple pero hermoso y está muy bien equipada. Son dos cuartos bien separados y amplios. Pasamos navidad así que cocinamos, hicimos asado y todo bárbaro. Volveremos.

La casa se encuentra en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es muy cómoda, con todo lo básico para pasar una estadía impecable. Queda a 200 m de la costa, aunque ahí solo es acantilado, hay que caminar un poco más hasta la playa. Sin dudas, volveré.
