Casa PIT has all the comfort that 6 people need to escape for a few days to the countryside and sea in Chapadmalal. This house is located within the Barrancas de San Benito Gated Community which has 24-hour security, children's games, small woods and walking trails, soccer fields, tennis courts and more, and the best sunsets to watch from the stream.
Our House is ideal for friends or families as it has 3 bedrooms designed for 2 people each: the master bedroom en suite with dressing room and fireplace in the same bedroom (and not to mention the spectacular view of the countryside). The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a bunk bed style, smaller but equally comfortable and bright. Additionally, an integrated kitchen with a bar, dining room and living room with smart TV and fireplace, and a covered gallery with a grill well integrated into the house.
Barrancas de San Benito is 5 minutes from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal, and its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all levels of surfing, it has public space with bathrooms and also private beach with a lodge open year-round under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro.
Furthermore, very close by you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy and brewery Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like milanesas), Luva Café, health food stores and small markets.
