Description
Casa Paola is a loft-style house where everything you need will be in a single, very well-equipped and decorated space. This house is located in the Acantilados neighborhood, south of Mar del Plata. And just 2 blocks from the beach and the sea. Ideal for walks with dogs or even going surfing on foot.
The loft is designed for 4 people, it has a unique and spacious space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and two single beds to accommodate all guests. Additionally, the kitchen has an integrated grill that allows you to enjoy it all year round regardless of the weather. Heating is by air conditioning hot/cold and from April to November it has an extra cost. In the garden, in addition to being spacious and beautiful, you will have a gallery-type space to have mate and relax and a pool to enjoy during the summer.
For us, Casa Paola is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Acantilados: Costa Azul. Its beach is very nice all year round and the sea has waves to enjoy surfing. You will be able to be close to the Keiki surf school (with whom we have discounts for our guests), plus the gourmet market Lagar which has delicious treats, breakfasts and snacks at Palto Café (with a view of the coast) and R7ACANTILADOS to have a beer or eat some hamburgers. And if you want to go south, you will be 10/15 minutes from Chapadmalal and the same distance to go to Mar del Plata. A little bit of countryside close to the city.

For reservations within the period 15/12 to 28/02, payment is made in three installments:
1st payment: upon confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.
The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.
The water IS NOT POTABLE.

Nos encantó la casa, super limpia y calentita, nos dejaron agua para tomar, detergente esponja, toallas sabanas y un acolchado, había pava eléctrica y todo para cocinar, súper completo. Y lo mejor es que el parque estaba cerrado y podíamos soltar a nsee more
