Living a block from the sea has never been a better plan. Casa Molino is a brand new single-story house, designed for 4 people and decorated with excellent taste. It features a gallery with a private grill and fireplace, an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room with a super cozy wood stove, and two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two beds (which can be joined with a pillow top) and a full bathroom with shower.
Casa Molino is part of Land Houses, a set of 4 houses within the same property, each with independent entrance, privacy, own grill and fireplace. They are located in an excellent area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise beach and 3 from Cruz del Sur. Pets are welcome (except dangerous breeds), always with prior approval. Keep in mind that, although the land is delimited, there are open areas where dogs can enter and exit freely.
Cruz del Sur is one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of Chapadmalal. You will be only 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, where there are shops like Super Chapa, health food store, cafés and fairs. Very close by you will also be able to enjoy the Samay Huasi tea house, the Trapiche Costa & Pampa Winery and the Marayui Country restaurant. The nearby beaches—such as Luna Roja and Cruz del Sur—are spacious and beautiful, and Paradise is one of our favorite spots for surfing.

Casa Pancha invites us to relax and above all: rest. This wooden house is designed for 4 people and is located in the Barrancas de San Benito Gated Community. The neighborhood is at the height of Lobos Chapadmalal and has 24-hour security, amenities such as tennis and soccer courts for guest use, games for children and open spaces full of greenery with spectacular sunsets that we always recommend visiting the neighborhood stream to watch.
This house features a living room, dining room and integrated kitchen that is very cozy. A fully equipped and new kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meals, washing machine integrated into the kitchen, spacious dining room and living room with smart TV and an armchair with the most beautiful afternoon light you will find. It also has 1 master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form one. Ideal for friend couples or families. The full bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance makes the use and space of the house comfortable.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy barbecues on the gallery that has a living room to have delicious mate, have an afternoon snack or breakfast, a backyard full of trees and a fireplace ideal for those long nights with stars, wines and a cozy sweater.

Nos gustó mucho la casa pero debo decir que en el jardín nos sentimos medio encerrados. Yo cambiaría las maderas por algún arbusto. Algo que resguarde la intimidad pero que a la vez te devuelva vegetación, verde.
