Chapadmalal - House

Living one block from the sea was never a better plan. Casa Molino is a brand new single-story house, designed for 4 people and created with great taste. It has a gallery with a private grill and fire pit, an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room with a super cozy wood stove, and two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two beds (which can be joined with a pillow) and a full bathroom with a shower.

Casa Molino is part of Land Houses, a set of 4 houses within the same property, each with an independent entrance, privacy, grill, and its own fireplace. They are located in an excellent area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise beach and 3 from Cruz del Sur. Pets are welcome (except dangerous breeds), always with prior approval. Keep in mind that, although the land is delimited, there are open sectors through which dogs can enter and leave freely.

Cruz del Sur is one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of Chapadmalal. You will be just 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, where there are businesses like Super Chapa, health food store, cafes, and fairs. Very close by you will also be able to enjoy the tea house Samay Huasi, the Trapiche Costa & Pampa Winery, and the restaurant at the Marayui Country Club. The nearby beaches —such as Luna Roja and Cruz del Sur— are wide and beautiful, and Paradise is one of our favorite spots to surf.

Pancha's House invites us to relax and above all: rest. This totally wooden house is designed for 4 people and is located in the Closed Neighborhood Barrancas de San Benito. The neighborhood is located at the height of Lobos Chapadmalal and has 24-hour security, amenities such as tennis and soccer courts for guests' use, children's games, and open spaces full of green with spectacular sunsets that we always recommend approaching the neighborhood stream to see.

This house features a living room, dining room, and an integrated kitchen that is very cozy. A fully equipped and new kitchen with everything necessary to make your favorite meals, integrated washer in the kitchen, spacious dining room and living room with smart TV and a sofa with the most beautiful afternoon light you will find. It also has 1 main bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a single bed. Ideal for friendly couples or families. The full bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance makes the use and space of the house comfortable.

Additionally, you will be able to enjoy barbecues in the gallery that has a living room to drink delicious mate, have an afternoon snack or breakfast, a backyard full of trees and a bonfire ideal for those long nights with stars, wines and a little blanket.

You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space with bathrooms and also a private beach with a year-round open beach bar under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, within minutes and walking, you can access gastronomic and brewery options such as Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like milanesas), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores, and small markets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- MAXIMUM SPEED ALLOWED WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 20KM/H. It is important that you know that there are radars that take photo tickets. In case the guest receives a ticket, they must take responsibility.

- The bail will be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account and will be released 7 days after the stay, due to the deadlines that the neighborhood manages to report possible fines.
