Casa Pancha invites us to relax and above all: rest. This wooden house is designed for 4 people and is located in the Barrancas de San Benito Gated Community. The neighborhood is at the height of Lobos Chapadmalal and has 24-hour security, amenities such as tennis and soccer courts for guest use, games for children and open spaces full of greenery with spectacular sunsets that we always recommend visiting the neighborhood stream to watch.
This house features a living room, dining room and integrated kitchen that is very cozy. A fully equipped and new kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meals, washing machine integrated into the kitchen, spacious dining room and living room with smart TV and an armchair with the most beautiful afternoon light you will find. It also has 1 master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form one. Ideal for friend couples or families. The full bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance makes the use and space of the house comfortable.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy barbecues on the gallery that has a living room to have delicious mate, have an afternoon snack or breakfast, a backyard full of trees and a fireplace ideal for those long nights with stars, wines and a cozy sweater.
You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all levels of surfing, with public space with bathrooms and also private beach with a beach club open year-round under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, just minutes away and walking you will be able to access gastronomic and brewery options such as Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like breaded cutlets), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores and small markets.
