IZ Chapa are 5 houses within the same property but with all the necessary privacy to have a private and unique stay. They are brand new houses with quality details that you won't want to miss. Designed for each house to accommodate up to 4 people, each house has an independent entrance, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. In the living room, you will have a sofa bed and blackout curtains to ensure a good rest for the 2 guests sleeping there. Each house has a private garden with a gallery, grill, fire pit, and garden with solarium. Additionally, each house has air conditioning for cold and heat and mosquito nets.

Through a connection via a door, the common space of each house joins in an incredible pool with a mill. This is the only shared space.

Located just a few blocks from the beautiful Luna Roja Beach, near IZ Chapa you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy and brewery Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options such as milanesas), Luva Café, health food stores and small markets. In summer, you can go to a beach like Luna Roja, with a private section for tent rentals and a public area with easy access, bathrooms and everything pet-friendly. Additionally, the Luna Roja restaurant is open all year round and was conceived by the prestigious Sarasa Negro Restaurant.

Aiken Chapa has 4 domes on a 2200 m2 lot where sun and the best sunsets of Chapadmalal abound. Each dome, 35m2 each, has everything you need to have an immersive experience in nature but with all the comfort of a home.

Each dome is a loft that comfortably accommodates 2 people with the possibility of an extra (child or girl) in a mezzanine within each unit. Depending on the unit, beds can be adapted to be a double bed or single beds, ask us according to your needs. Additionally, a small well-equipped kitchen will solve all your meals during your stay, and the living-dining area allows you to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine with a warm temperature inside the dome in case you don't want to be on the deck. Each deck has loungers and space to privately enjoy your rest.

Aiken Chapa is a relaxed space that also invites you to live in community with some common-use amenities such as a campfire area, pool, grill, and a communal table space under the shade. You will be very close to the most beautiful beach in Chapadmalal: Cruz del Sur and Redondo, allowing you to walk from the dome to the beach all year round.

Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Chapadmalal. A few blocks away you will find a grocery store on the paved street where they sell basic food, so we recommend stopping at La Estafeta before your arrival to equip yourself if your idea is not to leave from there -we promise you will want to stay-. If you come by car, you will be 5 minutes from the most central area of Chapa, with businesses like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafes, and fairs. Near Aikén you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. And you will also be very close to Bodega Trapiche Costa&Pampa and the Marayui Country Club, which has a very noble and quiet restaurant inside the Club House.
