Carpets are dirty with stains. Wrote to the company - no one moved. The rooms are mosquito fumigators with empty containers. Asked to change - zero response! required to send passports in advance. Specify the card details and sign for direct debiting of money if you spoil something.
Entrance to the apartment by code. It is very comfortable. No need to carry keys with you. But the batteries are dead in the castle! We stayed outside. All night long. No one answered calls/whatsapp/emails. Passports inside the apartment - without passports, another hotel could not be rented. for this money we stayed for the whole night on the street!!! Only at 9 am answered the call and opened the door. the attitude towards guests is absolutely indifferent! |
