Tenha muito cuidado se alugar por aqui. De 19 a 31 de janeiro, aluguei um apartamento em Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, pelo Booking.com e, para minha surpresa, ao entrar em contato com o proprietário para acertar os detalhes, descobri que uma empresa chamada Pineapples era responsável pela administração. Ao chegar, o apartamento não estava em condições de ser alugado e não correspondia à descrição oferecida no Booking.com. Não havia água quente e apenas um dos três aparelhos de ar condicionado funcionava. Um não funcionava e o outro tinha um vazamento que danificou uma parede e a estrutura de madeira, tornando-o praticamente inutilizável. Imagine a temperatura no Rio de Janeiro em janeiro sem ar condicionado. Apesar das repetidas reclamações, ficamos sem água quente por 7 dos 12 dias. E os aparelhos de ar condicionado nunca foram consertados. Eles ficavam prometendo consertá-los o mais rápido possível, mas a verdade é que nunca o fizeram. Sem falar da péssima comunicação tudo é feito pelo WhatsApp e você fala com várias pessoas que nunca estão a par da situação. Ninguém assume a responsabilidade pelos problemas. Para piorar essa experiência desastrosa, eles me ofereceram um reembolso de 15% pelo transtorno, mas quando fui transferir o dinheiro, transferiram menos do que o combinado e encerraram a solicitação.
